Jenkins Residential is a family-owned building company based in the Lake Macquarie and Newcastle region, specialising in architectural extensions, additions, renovations and new home builds. We've been building and renovating homes throughout Newcastle since 2015, with a particular focus on the character homes that make suburbs like Merewether, Hamilton, Hamilton South, The Junction and Mayfield what they are.
Newcastle's older homes, like Federation cottages, California bungalows and old miners' cottages close to the city, typically come with their own set of challenges: narrow blocks, heritage street appeal to protect, and character features worth keeping. We've built our reputation on getting that balance right, extending and renovating these homes without losing what made them worth buying in the first place.
