We invite you to an initial consultation with us where we’ll discuss the type of project that you would like to build, based on your lifestyle, aspirations, budget and location. During this meeting, our focus is to understand your vision and passion before sharing our wealth of knowledge and ideas that may enhance the project even further. By the end of this meeting, we will have a true understanding of you and your ‘why’ for building. This is really important to us.

Now that we understand your requirements, it is time to prepare a budget to execute your desired build. To assist in the feasibility of the project, we like to go over your plans and complete a detailed estimate to provide an accurate price for your project. This way you have an accurate price you can take to the bank to assist with your finance.

To complete this detailed estimate, we need to engage our suppliers and trades including pre construction site meetings. We also do a brief schedule of the job to assist in this process.

Once we confirm the project price is in sync with your budget, we now like to get all your selections completed to prepare a final fixed price for your project.

Please note: Your pricing may only vary from our price presented if you choose things beyond our initial allowance. We will guide you along the way so this doesn’t become a budget issue down the track.

Choosing the selections for your home is one of the most exciting and fun steps of the building process, but we understand that this can also be daunting. As an experienced interior designer Prue will guide you through the process, assisting you with choosing your interior and exterior colours, fixtures and fittings that reflect your unique needs and lifestyle. We also offer an elevated interior design service if you’re looking for more detailed design advice on your project.

This is the step where everything starts to become a reality. In preparation for commencing your job, a comprehensive contract is prepared which outlines every detail within your project.

We will organise a meeting to sit down with you and walk you through the contract in detail, explaining each step in detail. Once we have done this we will start to prepare a final detail contract for you to sign.

Once your contract has been signed and everything is documented for your unique build, we will take out your home warranty insurance and request a deposit of 10% of your contract price.

Everything should be prepared by your architect by this point, however depending on the status of your development application, we will talk you through the final steps of this process and what needs to be prepared by you, or your architect.

We will schedule out the construction of your project in preparation for the commencement of your project to ensure all relevant parties are informed and ready to execute a timely quality build. We will also give you access to our online portal for regular updates, information, or tasks that you may need to complete throughout your project.

Working together and communicating regularly through our project portal means your project will be an easy, seamless, and enjoyable experience for you and everyone involved.

This is the exciting part! We are ready to start your build. Throughout the construction process, we will keep you informed on how the build is progressing and notify you of any major updates and stage payments that are required.

During this time, we will be in constant communication via our project portal and we invite you to login regularly to stay up to date, should you have any questions. Having all the communication in one easy location makes for an enjoyable and easy building process.
